I hired Keith and His partner Brandy Sheldon to represent me on the purchase of a home. I am a very experienced buyer and have worked with many agents, he was the absolute worst I’ve ever worked with. His communication skills ended up so poorly that I had to go direct to the seller which created a mess. His negotiation skills were terrible and once again I had to save the deal with the seller directly. It made everyone very upset. As a buyer I felt I had to. He and his partner mis quoted the amount of the new property taxes by over $5000 a year! I was never given closing costs or guided in any way... It was a terrible experience in every way. I was an out of town buyer and really needed his assistance and didn’t get it. At the end I had to use another agent to close the deal on my behalf.
