I wax referred to Mr. King by a friend who he helped sell his mothers house after she passed away. I was forced to sell my house because I could not afford the payments anymore and needed an agent who would understand. Mr. King traveled from Baltimore to Frederick to meet with me and listened to my questions, concerns and problems. He came prepared with information about the properties that recently sold in the area and had a great price for the house based on that. He walked me through everything helped me finding cleaners for the house and had a good photographer come out and take pictures. I had to sell quickly and Mr. King made that happen and I got a price for the house in the range I was looking for. Kedrick is so talented and knowledgeable! He literally secured two totally different deals in the matter of weeks. He got me a commercial property and an investment property. He showed me so many different places at any time I requested a visit. He communicated very well and followed up expeditiously with all parties involved. The definition of motivated and driven, he will make sure to negotiate in the best interest of the client. From the start Kedrick was amazing, he was very friendly and hard working. I let Kedrick know I was interested in a condo on certain floors in a particular complex only, and nothing else. Asked him to let me know if something of the sort becomes available. I was very specific that I was not interested in buying in general, not interested in waste-my-time notifications about 'similar' units in 'nearby areas'. Just.that.there. Kedrick, not only complied, but delivered. He would text once in a while to let me know he was on the case, but nothing more, just as I had asked. So when he texted a link to look at a condo, I knew it was going to be worth my time! I asked him to get a contract to the sellers sight unseen, as I was out of the country. Kedrick completed this project from start to finish, from the text to settlement, single-handedly, in 28 days, including Christmas and New Year's holidays.
