I let Kedrick know I was interested in a condo on certain floors in a particular complex only, and nothing else. Asked him to let me know if something of the sort becomes available. I was very specific that I was not interested in buying in general, not interested in waste-my-time notifications about 'similar' units in 'nearby areas'. Just.that.there. Kedrick, not only complied, but delivered. He would text once in a while to let me know he was on the case, but nothing more, just as I had asked. So when he texted a link to look at a condo, I knew it was going to be worth my time! I asked him to get a contract to the sellers sight unseen, as I was out of the country. Kedrick completed this project from start to finish, from the text to settlement, single-handedly, in 28 days, including Christmas and New Year's holidays. Just like a lot of people I went into this process with not having knowledge of anything. Kedrick help me with so much. I explain to him that I wasn’t comfortable with my original lender. He found me another lender that understood me. I came close to quiting several times. However, Kedrick reassured me that once it is all over I will feel good about my decision. I recently worked with Kedrick King of Realty ONE Group on my 2nd home purchase in the Washington DC Metro Area...and I have to say from start to finish the service was IMPECCABLE. Early on I described to Kedrick what I was looking for in my new home and he expertly delivered on my vision and so much more. When our first set of home visits (the ones that I chose) didn't deliver - he took note and adjusted for the second time around and I ended up finding my home. Kedrick was knowledgeable of the market and purchase program incentives - and very thorough in working to ascertain how best to serve me as his client. I never felt pressured, I was never in the dark and I always had he and the teams' support. Compared to my first home experience, this was night and day. Also, it has to be said...I never thought I'd know the ins and outs of water and heating systems (brands, type, etc.) or what to look for when assessing one in person - but because of the knowledge Kedrick passed on, I'm now advising all of my friends currently in the housing market! Just so helpful! Clearly I can't say enough about Kedrick.
