Kedrick was great to work with and help navigate the process of buying a new construction home. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He was able to negotiate with the builder on our behalf and he stayed in constant communication with us. He proactively stayed on top of the construction schedule and was so helpful with our home inspection process and getting issues rectified quickly. He also stayed in close communication with our selling realtor as this was a longer distance buy/sell transaction. He was a pleasure to work with and we would certainly recommend him to local folks looking to buy or sell within his region of expertise.

He was honest about the good and the bad stuff and helped me through the whole process since it was my first time. Kedrick helped me purchase my very first home and I cannot imagine going through this life-changing process with anybody else. He is absolutely too-tier at what he does.
