Kedrick was honest and amazing. He was on top of helping me look for a home since our first phone call. And helped me find a home in only two weeks. He was honest about the good and the bad stuff and helped me through the whole process since it was my first time. Kedrick helped me purchase my very first home and I cannot imagine going through this life-changing process with anybody else. He is absolutely too-tier at what he does. He made the process as smooth and stress free as possible for me (which is NOT an easy task. I am VERY high anxiety LOL!) He ask me maybe 5-6 questions about what type of home I was looking for and came up with a list of homes (all of which were exactly what I was looking for.) I am very indecisive and made my decision on the first viewing! He knew exactly what type of offer I needed to make to beat out the competition. I never once felt any pressure to make a decision or a purchase. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly, was ALWAYS available to answer my calls/texts (even when he was sick,) and would even check up on me during his “off day.” He connected me with some of (if not THE) top financial advisers in the state. They also made themselves available to answer all of my questions. He even gave me a bunch of nice gifts after closing!!
