I had the pleasure of working with KC as an out of state buyer. My family planned to move to Florida during COVID but we couldn't travel back and forth to check out houses. KC took the stress out of the process by taking detailed videos of the houses on our behalf and sharing relevant information/data points to help us make decisions faster.
