KC and her team are hands down the best real estate agents we have ever worked with. Moving to Gainesville with zero knowledge of the area, we relied on her and her team to guide us every step of the way. They listen and take all of your input into consideration. Moving in the peak of the real estate craziness, I was hesitant that we would find a place to live. Not only did we find our new home, but we did so during a whirlwind of a weekend visit. They spent much of their weekend with me driving around, showing me different areas of town, getting into homes to see what we liked, going back twice in some instances, making calls, etc. I appreciated her approach to know when to ask more questions, when to question something that didn't seem right, and when to stop and think.
