KC was a terrific help with buying our home. She was fast, responsive, understanding, and made a huge effort to make sure that we were really happy with the home we settled on. At no point did we feel pressured to buy something that didn’t fit our needs just to make a sale. Every time we had questions she was immensely helpful. When we viewed homes, she even helped look for signs of issues to warn us if something looked suspect. We love KC and are so very grateful for her help.

When I decided I was ready to sell my last house and move across town KC was the first person I reached out to! I have witnessed her working with some of my other family members to sell and their buy homes, and saw how she went above and beyond for them, and when I started working with her it was the same level of amazing service. KC was extremely helpful, direct, professional, and quick in all of our communications and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

KC made my first time selling a home easy. She was informative about the market and similar listings, communicative, with frequent check-ins via text, call or email (whatever worked best for me), and got me an amazing price in a saturated market. I had a tenant for a while and she collaborated with my property manager while working on showings, even when showings were sometimes challenging to schedule around the tenant's workday. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else in Gainesville to buy or sell.

This was my first time working with them. We started working during a very turbulent period when the housing prices were going up like crazy and you cannot score one without bidding. We liked and won this war 3 times however for 2 of them we had to back out.. I was amazed how they were very friendly and honest with the entire procedure, there's a lot to learn from their professionalism. They were always available to show any listings that I mentioned and even set me up with an auto alert so we don't miss any interesting deals. Finally after months of trying, we went into contract on this one and it seemed that this would be a great one and it was fitting all bills. This was my first time buying a home with a mortgage and I am not sure if I could've done this job this seamlessly. I had to be out of town and could come back only on the day of closing but they were always working on the back with lenders, title company, HOI, HOA etc etc. Thank you so much KC and Rob for all the hard work you did on my behalf to enable me close this beautiful condo.
