I would recommend KC without reservation. I live in Washington State and inherited my folks' home in Sun City, AZ. KC went out of her way to locate a contractor for remodeling, she kept an eye on the home while the work was being done and after. I don't know how many open houses she had and do know that she advertised the home everywhere possible. KC is friendly, professional and was available to answer questions and walk me through the process until the sale was complete. KC is up on any applicable real estate laws and protecting her client is first and foremost. If you are planning to buy or sell a home, I don't believe you could find a finer person than KC.
