Kayleigh put me to ease after meeting with the first time. I felt comfortable with her knowledge and her ability to get a deal done. She always listened to my needs and gave me some best practices ideas. The one thing that stands out to me the most was her ability to communicate whether she had good news or not. When our local school district announced a change in school boundaries we knew the best thing for our family would be to move to keep our kids at their current school. We knew this was going to be a tricky and long process since we would only be looking in a few select neighborhoods. Kayleigh jumped right in and was ready to help us get our current house ready to sell and set up many showings before we found the right home. We look many big risks on the buy and sell side but she was right there to help us though every step and explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. Kayleigh is easy to talk to and was very understanding of what we wanted and didn’t want. We never felt pressure to put an offer on a property we didn’t love or to accept an offer on our sale.
