Greg was very responsive and seemed to be ahead of the market. This was a good thing when the market is very fast paced and competitive. He he has a good network of ppl to help with the purchase of a new home.

Moving to the DMV can be overwhelming, especially in today’s competitive housing market. Working with Kay Houghton and Associates to purchase our new home was hands-down the best real estate experience we’ve ever had (and being military, we’ve have been many moves). They are the perfect agency specializing in the Fairlington area. As we were “living” in a hotel we wanted to find a home quickly and Kay’s team delivered! Our agent Heather was a blessing. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and intuitive to what we were looking for in a home. The day after speaking to her over the phone she showed us four townhomes to include an off-market unit which the company had just finished renovating. The unit was stunning with HGTV design and thoughtful functionality for the living spaces. Heather ensured all of our many questions were answered and guided us through purchasing strategy. The following morning, we put in an offer for the off-market unit and Heather stayed in communication with us all day until we received the notification from her at 7pm that we were under contract.
