Katy was amazing! Very thorough throughout the entire process, detail oriented, helpful, and, most importantly, trustworthy. The whole process was a breeze, from our first meeting where she gave us a bound book of comparable homes and a price estimate for our house, to the negotiating, and finally signing. The marketing was top notch and really helped in getting our house sold fast (with multiple offers!).

My wife and I ran into Katy at an open house and I'm so glad we did!
