You honestly can't go wrong with Katrina Hebert as your realtor. She not only goes above and beyond in her job, but she does it with honesty and integrity, which is very reassuring and part of what made it so comfortable to work with her. The other part is that she truly cared about us and what might work best for us and helped us through everything, including the actual move into our new house! She has a heart of gold and cares like that about everyone. We have full confidence in her experience with all aspects of buying or selling a house--she is very knowledgeable. I don't see how anyone could ever be disappointed in having her as a realtor. She is that good.

Katrina is the best realtor I've ever met. She helped us find our dream home in a difficult market. She did an incredible job learning our preferences and searching out homes we would love. She didn't just set up a search on a website and let us do the work. She often visited homes on our behalf before we saw them come up to give us more information and save us time. Once she found us our dream home she managed to sell our town home at a great price despite two very similar homes being on the market already. All this while being an incredible and honest person.

5 Stars! Katrina Kearsley Hebert is a rock star realtor! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend her! I was in a tough situation as a out-of-state home owner and desperately needed extra help. My house was in poor shape and I needed to somehow sell it by the end of the year. She took on the job with a positive attitude and totally went the extra mile in helping me. I can't say enough how amazing this lady is! I felt so well taken care of and everything went amazingly smooth, considering where we started! (We've got some cool before and after pictures to say the least) She helped me coordinate all the home improvement and even came and fixed things herself!! She made the house sparkle and look darling, a thing I didn't even think was possible. Looking at comparables - the average house was on the market 60 days. But she did such an amazing job that our house sold in 2 days! She is genuine and cares so much about doing the job right and well. Even though she didn't live that close to my property, she drove over very frequently to check on work being done and helped it get done fast and correctly. I'm just so happy that I found her!
