Katrina was incredible. She got our home under contract precisely 2 days after we put it on the market. Due to her unbelievable sales skills and market knowledge, she got a deal for our house that was about $124k more than we bought it three years ago for and $30k (!!) more than asking price. She did it all with incredible positivity, cheerfulness, and responsiveness. We were privileged to work with her. During the house sale process, my wife and I would joke that the only person working harder than we were was Katrina, our agent! I would completely recommend working with her and would do so again myself in a heartbeat.
