Katrina was incredible. She got our home under contract precisely 2 days after we put it on the market. Due to her unbelievable sales skills and market knowledge, she got a deal for our house that was about $124k more than we bought it three years ago for and $30k (!!) more than asking price. Katrina gave us great advice in a very difficult market. She got us the home and kept us from overpaying. Even after the accepted offer the previous owner's realtors were very difficult, e.g., they tried to get us to pay for the existing gas in the tank.
