We had a very unique situation and when we met Katrina, little did we know how much she would help us. My wife and I had decided it was time to retire to Tennessee-but we had an overwhelming challenge. We would have to sell three houses in order to do so--we were largely taking care of my wife's, (90 years old), mom's house, and her, (91 years old), aunt's house in addition to our own. We would need to help downsize two 3 and 4 bedroom houses to 1 bedroom retiree apartments, and then sell our own and purchase new in Tennessee. Her aunt had befriended Katrina and decided she wanted her to list her house.
