My husband and I were looking to buy a home in the Arlington/Alexandria area. We were living in CA and Katie made it very easy for us to do the home buying process from across the country. Katie Wethman helped us through the biggest financial decision of our life in January. We were living overseas when I found a house she was selling. Unfortunately that house had already sold but she directed me to one that was similar. She didn’t add me to her distribution list or send me stock emails like other realtors had, she sent me very specific helpful information. Once everything was final my husband flew out for the signing, which Katie worked perfectly around his work schedule. I finally saw the house at the beginning of September and I could not be happier with the house and with all Katie did for us.
