They were most helpful to me by coordinating with contractors to fix up my condo before sale, and to meet the contractors at the unit multiple times so that I didn't have to leave work or drive from my home which is an hour from there. Once we listed, we had 6 offers within 24 hours! They helped me to figure out the best way to handle the offers but made me feel comfortable that the decision was still mine as to which to proceed with. We closed on time and I was really excited to have received more than our initial asking price! What more could you ask for??

Katie and her group were fantastic throughout the entire buying process. She gave a detailed and clear presentation about how to go about buying a house, as this was our first real estate purchase. She was incredibly responsive; emails were always returned same-day, and often within the hour (even in late evenings; we would get responses at 10:30 PM). Katie helped us hone in on the houses we wanted and gave very helpful and accurate advice while negotiating, even advising us to offer slightly less than we had originally planned. Even after the purchase of the property, she has been enormously helpful with a few unexpected issues that arose. I recommend Katie and her group without reservation.

I don't do online reviews often, but I had to write one for the team at Wethman. Our plan to sell our home was complicated by the fact that my wife and I were moving to Scotland! In fact, my wife was already there and I had to go over there RIGHT when the house was hitting the market. Katie and Bridget were absolutely phenomenal in taking care of virtually everything that needed to be done and were great at communicating via email frequently. When a few small fixes were required to the house, they took care of contacting the necessary repairmen and double checked everything with us before moving forward. It was fantastic to have such a stress free experience during a stressful international move!

I had the pleasure of working with Bridget to sell my condo in Arlington. Bridget was great to work with, she was extremely responsive, professional and took care of everything. My condo was rented at the time and she worked with the tenants directly to schedule pictures, repair work, open house, etc. I received multiple offers and Bridget talked me through the pros and cons of each offer. I decided on what we thought was a solid offer but the offer ended up falling through. Prior to calling me to let me know the offer had fallen through, Bridget contacted the agent from another offer to see if there was still interest.
