Katie and her team were great to work with. They were most helpful to me by coordinating with contractors to fix up my condo before sale, and to meet the contractors at the unit multiple times so that I didn't have to leave work or drive from my home which is an hour from there. Once we listed, we had 6 offers within 24 hours! They helped me to figure out the best way to handle the offers but made me feel comfortable that the decision was still mine as to which to proceed with. We closed on time and I was really excited to have received more than our initial asking price! What more could you ask for??

I was looking to buy a condo in the most competitive neighborhoods in Washington DC. Katie's team came to me highly recommended. Katie and her group were fantastic throughout the entire buying process. She gave a detailed and clear presentation about how to go about buying a house, as this was our first real estate purchase. She was incredibly responsive; emails were always returned same-day, and often within the hour (even in late evenings; we would get responses at 10:30 PM). Katie helped us hone in on the houses we wanted and gave very helpful and accurate advice while negotiating, even advising us to offer slightly less than we had originally planned.
