I recently worked with the My Move DMV team to buy and sell homes simultaneously - for those who have done this, you know it’s not easy! My Move DMV’s Katie Wethman and Bridget Hodge provided invaluable support during the entire process, lending their knowledge and extensive experience with the market to keep me informed on what to expect. Katie, Bridget and the entire My Move DMV team were so helpful, patient, and encouraging, and were integral in making my home search, buying and selling experiences as seamless and productive as possible! Highly recommend their team!

Our family had a fantastic experience working with My Move DMV and the Wethman Group. Katie Wethman was our advocate throughout the entire process. We are in an ideal home for our family because of the professionalism and first-rate experience of the Wethman Group. Would absolutely recommend based on our A+ experience!!

Could not recommend Alli more. I came to her with a property that we were interested in, however the listing had been removed prior to being able to view the property. Alli quickly gained more information and set a notification in case the address was re-listed. Less than a week later, we had viewed the property, put in an offer and had our offer accepted! Alli was phenomenal in walking us through negotiating as first-time home buyers, and was the key to our success with both her knowledge of the market and local connections. There were several challenges that arose throughout the closing process which were specific to our property, and Alli handled all of those situations with the utmost grace and professionalism. We have now been in our home for a month and couldn't be happier! Thanks, Alli!

Great communication and support throughout the buying process. Answered all of our questions along the way and helped us with a very tight schedule. Couldn't have asked for better.

Alli Collier and the entire Wethman group was wonderful to work with. She worked with me through several locations for several months. Alli was responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable and always ready to share her advice and opinion- which I really valued. I had a bit of a challenge finding my current condo but Alli was consistent, creative and very helpful throughout the process. I’m a single, first time homeowner and honestly the process was a breeze with Alli. Highly highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Katie Wethman to purchase my new home. She was knowledgeable of the market, proactive to make sure I was aware of listings even before they were posted, always available to answer my (many) questions, etc. She was also very helpful when I requested to push up my closing date by a week- mountains were moved very rapidly. Thanks again for a great experience!

We worked with Alli Collier and she was fantastic every step of the way! She was extremely flexible and worked around our rotating schedules. Her knowledge helped guide us through our purchase process. She was patient throughout the search process and as energetic on the last house as she was on the first. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

As a first time home buyer, the whole process and how to even get started was very overwhelming. That is until we met Mark Frieden and the Wethman Group. Mark had so many resources available that helped explain everything step by step, and was extremely responsive whenever we needed something. And even though I know we were not his only clients, he made us feel like we were. Even with the extra challenges of moving from out of state and having a short window of time to find and close on a home, Mark made it happen and was on top of anything that came up along the way. The support and guidance we received, and continue to receive, makes the Wethman Group stand out among the rest. Highly recommend!

In June 2022 my wife and I closed on our 2 bedroom new build condo in Washington, DC and we were absolutely thrilled to have worked with Mark throughout the whole process. Mark's in-depth knowledge of the DMV housing market, attention to detail, swift communication, and expert negotiating skills helped us to acquire our new condo below asking. Mark was always on time and attended in-person all of our viewings, inspections, post punch list inspections, and closing. Mark's friendly and kind personality made him easy and fun to work with throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a home in the DMV area, my wife and I highly recommend working with Mark Frieden. He will help you find your dream DMV home, at the right price, and represent your interests first throughout the entire competitive process. My wife and I are always willing to serve as a reference should anyone want to learn more about working with Mark. The Wethman Group - Keller Williams Realty is super lucky to have the talented and professional Mark Frieden as one of their top agents.

We had a fantastic experience with the Wethman Group. We were first-time homebuyers, and Mark’s and Katie’s market knowledge and insights were really valuable. They opened our eyes to new parts of the DC (Virginia) market that we hadn’t fully considered before. Mark helped us structure our offer to maximize our chances of it getting accepted (it was!), and he even did a lot of work on it on a holiday weekend. He always gave honest assessments of the houses that we saw and was a helpful sounding board. He was very quick to answer emails, and he also worked very well with our lender. We would definitely recommend Mark and the Wethman Group.

Alli Collier at the Wethman Group was an invaluable resource to us as first time home buyers! With her help, we just bought our dream home (AND stayed within our budget)! Her knowledge of the market and advice on competitive offers was the only reason we were able to have success so quickly in this market. She was patient, responsive, and has continued to answer all of our first time home buyer questions even after we closed. We can't thank you enough, Allie!
