Sarah Rayl (with eXp Realty) is an amazing agent and I can't recommend her enough. She is supremely responsive and hard working. She always makes it a point to go above and beyond what is required and is exceedingly capable. Whether it was doing extensive research on comps or getting last minute showings scheduled, I could always depend on her to deliver and be there to support me. She is also extremely knowledgable about the market as well as the relevant rules and regulations that apply to DC/VA real estate transactions. My home search was a fairly long and arduous process and the market conditions were not especially welcoming for new home buyers, but Sarah was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire undertaking. I can confidently say that I could not have found my current home without her help (which is not always the case). I cannot express how happy I am with my new apartment and that I am now a home owner in a prime location in the heart of DC and Sarah was an integral part of that. If you are looking for a realtor to help you in your DC/VA home search, look no further than Sarah and eXp Realty. She never pressured me to do enter into any transaction or contractual obligation that I felt uncomfortable with and was genuinely looking out for my best interest. Given that I am someone who is often skeptical of how seriously real estate agents take their fiduciary duties to their clients, this review should serve as a real testament of not only Sarah's ability, but also how intensely committed she is to advocating for the needs of her client.

Katie and the whole team at My Move DMV have been incredible to work with. Katie is extremely knowledgeable of the market in the DMV, when we listed out our priorities for our first purchase she was able to find all the best choices and did not once try to oversell or offer things that did not fit. Her experience working with co-ops and her network of experts allowed her to handle numerous potentially high stress situations with grace while communicating very clearly with us throughout the whole process. The whole team at My Move DMV were awesome with Dustin being especially helpful with reminders for deadlines and another point of contact when dealing with the lenders/property management/co-op board.
