Katie is extremely knowledgeable of the market in the DMV, when we listed out our priorities for our first purchase she was able to find all the best choices and did not once try to oversell or offer things that did not fit. Her experience working with co-ops and her network of experts allowed her to handle numerous potentially high stress situations with grace while communicating very clearly with us throughout the whole process. The whole team at My Move DMV were awesome with Dustin being especially helpful with reminders for deadlines and another point of contact when dealing with the lenders/property management/co-op board. Could not recommend Alli more. I came to her with a property that we were interested in, however the listing had been removed prior to being able to view the property. Alli quickly gained more information and set a notification in case the address was re-listed. Less than a week later, we had viewed the property, put in an offer and had our offer accepted!
