In selling my home I met with four different realtor teams. A little over the top but it's my home I'm entrusting to someone who needs to represent me and my interests, so how to choose; what are the intangibles that help you decide? I'd like to point to one thing and say 'this is why I picked My Move DMV' but I can't. In hindsight there were too many to name but the team stood out in how they talk to their marketing approach; how they derive an asking versus the target; the staging; the pre-market activities...the list continues but you know that they've covered all the bases. The net result was the right price at the right time netting us the right terms and a SALE. They were there and you can't ask for a better, more professional team. Just my humble opinion!!

Highly recommend the My Move DMV team, and specifically Bridget Hodge. I needed to sell my investment property with the tenants still living in the home, and the team came up with an effective marketing strategy to consolidate showings, the Open House and minimize impact to the tenants. Due to the aggressive strategy, we had an offer within 48 hours of going active! Bridget helped manage the process, tenants' questions and very specific timing of the sale to a T. There were lots of moving parts, and Bridget and the My Move DMV team helped break it down to manageable pieces, make sure everything stayed on schedule, and proactively solve challenges.
