In selling my home I met with four different realtor teams. A little over the top but it's my home I'm entrusting to someone who needs to represent me and my interests, so how to choose; what are the intangibles that help you decide? I'd like to point to one thing and say 'this is why I picked My Move DMV' but I can't. In hindsight there were too many to name but the team stood out in how they talk to their marketing approach; how they derive an asking versus the target; the staging; the pre-market activities...the list continues but you know that they've covered all the bases.
