Katie did an excellent job listing my home, working with the buyer's agent, and finally selling/closing. There were a few speed bumps with the buyer's lender during the closing process, but she dealt with it in the best way possible and always kept me informed on the progress. She was thorough, responsive, and always on-time. I appreciated the ease of the whole process from e-signing certain documents to communicating via email and text when necessary.
