Considering the timing of marketing my mom's house in Schertz (just before COVID-19) and me living 400 miles from San Antonio, Katie Griffin-Ross did an amazing job marketing and communicating with me throughout the entire process. Katie did an excellent job listing my home, working with the buyer's agent, and finally selling/closing. There were a few speed bumps with the buyer's lender during the closing process, but she dealt with it in the best way possible and always kept me informed on the progress. She was thorough, responsive, and always on-time. I appreciated the ease of the whole process from e-signing certain documents to communicating via email and text when necessary. I couldn't be happier with the sale of my home. Katie exceeded all of my expectations. My home sold for $10K above the asking price and about $20K more than I had originally expected it to sell for.
