Our daughter recommended Katie to us, as they were very happy with their experiences with her. Before our first appointment, Katie researched comparable houses that were listed and selling in the area, how long they were on the market, and what the trends were with the market changing. She further broke down the data to indicate foot traffic at various price levels. From this, we were able to set a selling price that proved to be exactly right. She then walked through the property noting things we could do to improve the house’s marketability versus things that would not make a difference. After we completed the improvements, Katie helped us decide what items to clear from the house to stage it well. Because of her experience, we did not have to hire someone to stage the house. As soon as we listed the house, Katie went into action. Not only did she put the house on MLS, but she also contacted people personally whom she thought would be interested. The house sold far more quickly than we had expected and for more than our asking price. During the whole process, Katie was very informative, sending data on how many people had seen the house and comments that they had made. She also quickly responded when we had questions. She expertly helped us assess the offers we received and guided us through the processes of an inspection, survey, and closing. I don’t see how any agent could have done a better job. I highly recommend her.
