We started looking for houses about three months out before we actually put offers on houses! We are not from Florida so we were looking just online for a while until we got here! And let me just say she is one of the most honest realtors I’ve ever met! I love that she was not afraid to tell us if it was in a unfavorable neighborhood to our needs or if there were any problems with the home! We were first time buyers and had no idea what the process was like! As soon as we found the house that we loved we put an offer on it ASAP and she got back to us as soon as she knew that our offer was excepted! We loved that she was there for all of the important things for the home, such as inspection,appraisal, closing and so much more! And when there was some thing wrong with our home the previous owners did fix it and she went in and made sure that they were up to not only our standards but her standards as well, as far as it being fixed after it was finished!! She always stayed within our budget and made sure we were comfortable with the price and monthly mortgage! We have recommended our entire family to her and trust her 100%! If you were looking for an honest realtor that will not waste your time or hers she is truly the best! Not to mention she is so funny and just so fun to be around!
