She communicates effectively according to your preference, whether email, phone or text. She focused on important elements in the homes, did her homework on the age and state of major appliances, and included these points in determining offers. When I took a short break from my housing search, she seemed to strike the fine balance between keeping in touch and not pushing my decision.
