She works with Maggie, who also went above and beyond to make this happen for us. They were both great at putting up with us even when I was being neurotic and needy!! Highly recommend them.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers with no experience. Katie, from the beginning, was great at explaining the different processes and steps we needed to do, along with what all needs to be looked during a walk through. If we looked at a house that was not up to par she would tell us instead of just pushing for another sale. She also got us in contact with a great mortgage company that was outstanding in their own right. Once we found our home she was expeditious with helping us get things scheduled for inspections and was always in communication. If I didn't know better I would have thought she was more excited for our first house than we were ( which is almost impossible) we just closed and love our new home. And I don't think that would have been possible without everything she has done!
Katie was such a pleasure to work with when buying our home.
