This was property from an estate. The property had been completely remodeled prior to listing, but the HOA had an unknown special assessment pending, due to a slide issue in the development. The slide had no impact on listed property, other than HOA special assessment. Kathy was very diligent in having an open house, on multiple occasions. She was candid about a realistic listing price and prepared a very detailed brochure of comparative properties. She never pressured us to reduce the price, although we did eventually because of the unknown special assessment. She was the one who sold it also and was very trustworthy at the point she began representing both parties. Prior to the last open house before the listing expired we gave her complete authority to do whatever needs to be done to close a sale. She did close the sale, at a better price than we were willing to accept. I highly recommend Kathy Divel and would not hesitate a moment to use her again myself.
