Kathy handled the sale of our inherited rental property. It was in terrible shape. Kathy found us contractors and oversaw the entire renovation including debris removal, painting, new flooring, new screens, termite rehab et, etc. She was very cost-conscious, yet the unit turned out beautifully updated. Kathy also did an excellent job marketing the unit with pictures, flyers and open houses. She decorated the unit with plants, flowers, matching towels and other accessories at her own cost. Kathy is very knowledgeable of this area as she grew up here and has worked in real estate for many years. She knows about the schools, shopping areas, and is familiar with all the home owner association dues. She must have the phone glued to her ear as she responds immediately to our calls and can answer our questions. She always was ready to help us with the forms and they were filled out to the max when she delivered them to us. We recommend her highly and would certainly use her again. We give her 5 stars..
