I was referred to Kathy by a colleague, with the warning “If you call her, be ready to move. That woman’s an absolute bulldog about making things happen. She’s full send, full time”. I could not be more pleased with the results of her work. She was able to get us an amazing offer on the house my ex-wife and I sold, and she busted her ass for several weeks to help me find a new home. She lined up the home inspection, got my well and septic inspected, made sure the repair work was taken care of, and had people lined up to make sure my financing was squared away. Throughout the entire process she had to answer multiple phone calls from me, because I had no idea what I was doing, and she dumbed everything down Gumby-style for me. Her knowledge of the current market was outstanding, and her communication, from start to finish, was amazing.

Kathy was extremely friendly, and worked hard to make sure that I was able to find a good home, for a good price. Her knowledge of real estate made things easy for my to understand, and her rapport with the selling agent wound up saving me time and money, since she found a condo that I did not previously know was on the market, and it wound up being cheaper (and nicer IMO) than the one I was interested in! I highly recommend Kathy for anyone looking to buy in the Northern VA area.
