I could not be more pleased with the results of her work. She was able to get us an amazing offer on the house my ex-wife and I sold, and she busted her ass for several weeks to help me find a new home. She lined up the home inspection, got my well and septic inspected, made sure the repair work was taken care of, and had people lined up to make sure my financing was squared away. Throughout the entire process she had to answer multiple phone calls from me, because I had no idea what I was doing, and she dumbed everything down Gumby-style for me. Her knowledge of the current market was outstanding, and her communication, from start to finish, was amazing.

I had no idea what I was doing and needed to reconsolidate some debt to be approved for the mortgage, Kathy helped me with all the paper work and went out of her way to help me.
