Kathy is originally from Dayton, Ohio, but ever since a family vacation took her to Florida in 1982, she knew Florida was where she wanted to live forever someday. As the oldest of four, a mom of two, and a retired Registered Nurse and military spouse of 25 years, Kathy has dedicated her life to helping others.
As a Realtor®, she’s committed to helping her clients with all of their real estate
needs. As a military spouse, she has personal experience of buying and selling homes, including extensive knowledge and experience with moving. Living overseas and in 8 different states has given Kathy the appreciation for many different types of housing. She understands that buying and selling a home is a personal decision. As a Certified VA Loan Agent, she is an excellent resource for veterans looking to use their VA Loan benefits when buying a home here in beautiful southwest Florida. Now that her husband has retired from the military, Kathy and her family are thrilled to call Florida home. They love their new home, especially the close proximity to the many beaches, the wide variety of fantastic local businesses for shopping and eating, enjoy attending festivals, and exploring their new home state. She also enjoys reading, gardening, and baking. Kathy is also
active within her local communities. She is a member of VFW Post 8118 and the American Legion Post 159. She and her family are members of and regularly volunteer at CenterPointe Church in Venice. Kathy and her family continue to travel and hope someday to visit all 50 states and go back overseas.
