Kathryn was absolutely fantastic to work with in selling my mother's home during this challenging time for us personally (selling childhood home after losing mom) and our community more broadly (we put our house on the market in mid-March as the coronavirus implications hit). Kathryn has excellent communication and marketing skills. She understood and candidly conveyed the improvements needed to make the house shine and she had a cadre of vendors that we were able to deploy to execute on the recommendations. Kathryn was all over every detail, checked in on the house frequently to make sure everything was going well, and was in regular communication with us. She was on top of the new coronavirus protocols being developed in the industry and managing other implications of these complex times. Her preparation and strategy enabled us to sell the house in just a few days. I would (and already have) highly recommend Kathryn to anyone selling their house in the area.

Kathryn helped us sell our house in Somerset, at a time when we already planned our move to another state. We honestly think that we couldn't have done it all without Kathryn. She worked very closely with us in getting our house ready for the market, often stopping by and checking on it. Among many other things, she helped us declutter our garage and basement, brought plants to make the house more appealing, and helped us move around furniture so that the rooms had better flow. Also, as a former lawyer, Kathryn is very knowledgeable about legal issues, and has excellent communication skills. That was of enormous value to us during a very difficult time with a potential buyer. Thankfully, she helped us find the right buyer for our home. Finally, we are so thankful that she took care of the house when we left town while the house was under contract. We were so lucky to find a realtor like Kathryn. She is amazing and we highly recommend her.

We had an outstanding buy-side experience with Kathryn. She was introduced to us through a mutual friend in the DC area and we worked with her exclusively over 4-month period during our relocation to Maryland. Kathryn showed us upwards of 30 homes and was extremely patient with us as we familiarized ourselves with local neighborhoods, schools, proximity to food/shopping and public transportation alternatives.
