During a market that home values were in flux , I appreciate having Kathy Welsh as my agent. When I was ready to list she had a well planned out market presentation.We discussed where we thought listing price should be, as some still high and some low,she consulted her broker for advice. They felt trying high to start was possible. We tried, but the market and time of year did not carry it. Once pricing was lowered to generate more activity, Kathy was consistently helpful with keeping communication open with agents when needing to enter into the gated community, answer any and all questions from the agents and potential buyers and revisiting with agents when we changed the pricing. She reviewed any offer with me and her broker to ensure we didn't pursue an offer that was not in our best interest. Because I was an out of town seller ,Kathy went above and beyond checking in on the house and keeping it in proper showing condition, providing service providers when needed and keeping the title company and probate updated when necessary. Although this was a longer journey than expected, due to interest rates and changing market conditions affecting pricing, Kathy was always, kind, helpful and persistant getting the job done and bringing us to a final sale that was satisfactory for all parties involved.
