Where to begin, Kathy is wonderful to work with. She was available around our schedule from out of state, very knowledgeable about the area and showed us so many homes to really keep our options open based on our needs. The only thing missing was to be neighbors :-) we would be delighted to work with her again.

From the night, I called Kathy and told her I was ready to put my property on the market, she totally took over for me. In the next two weeks with her endless time and help, we totally cleaned out the house had it painted, cleaned and staged it for showing. Her pictures were remarkable and The exposure was all over the country. She was very informative on every showing, and all of the feedback that she received from potential buyers. Her devotion as a friend and mentor for me on the sale was phenomenal. All of the projects that needed to be completed after inspection, she totally took over and supervised everything until it was finished. I’ve had a lot of experience with other realtors in sales of properties and she went over and above and beyond her call of duty. I would highly recommend her to anyone for the sell of your properties.
