From the night, I called Kathy and told her I was ready to put my property on the market, she totally took over for me. In the next two weeks with her endless time and help, we totally cleaned out the house had it painted, cleaned and staged it for showing. Her pictures were remarkable and The exposure was all over the country. She was very informative on every showing, and all of the feedback that she received from potential buyers. Her devotion as a friend and mentor for me on the sale was phenomenal. All of the projects that needed to be completed after inspection, she totally took over and supervised everything until it was finished.
