Kathy was a go-getter from the start, and she immediately demonstrated her years of experience working in the real estate market of South Jersey. As a new home seller who lives out of state (this was my parent’s house), Kathy guided me through every step with patience and understanding, and went out of her way on more than one occasion. She is personable and upbeat, but also serious about making sure everything is in order before hand because of her vast knowledge of township policies and procedures. If you’re selling, make sure you have the dates for your water heater, HVAC, and roof before asking for a sales estimate. I highly recommend Kathy - she is a gem!
