There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. I would recommend her with my whole heart without any reservations.

Kate Conway is incredible at what she does. She helped us sell our 480 sq ft house in the Plymouth area. Our less than desirable square footage was definitely working against us.. but her persistent work ethic and knowledge of the market had us sold in just two months. She is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met and does not give up. She adapted to every hurdle that was thrown our way. Kate helped us through every step and then some. She was amazing at communicating exactly what was going on and what we needed to do and was there to guide us. This took a major stress off the buying and selling process because there were never surprises. She was on top of everything!! She also did most of the communicating with lawyers and other professionals such as pest control, contractors, title 5 inspectors, & town employees which took major stress off of us. In addition to helping sell our house she helped us find our dream home which we did not expect. We simply wanted more space to start a family but with her resourcefulness we found a gorgeous antique duplex. If it wasn’t for Kate’s dedication and research we would never have known about this property because it was being advertised as two separate condos. We got our dream home plus an investment property!! We are more than happy with Kate’s work and will be using her in the future as well as recommending her to others. She goes above and beyond and most of all she fights for her clients. She has your best interests in heart. We appreciate Kate so much!
