I would recommend Kathie Johnson to everyone! Her professionalism was on display during a very difficult sale and closing process. She was able to guide me through several contracts, and a most difficult closing process, complicated by an away closing during two snow storms as the buyer lived in the mountains of NC. Her communication was constant, and her desire to get the job done was readily apparent as she worked to get the final details completed. Kathie was a joy to work with and again I would recommend her to anyone!
