She was able to guide me through several contracts, and a most difficult closing process, complicated by an away closing during two snow storms as the buyer lived in the mountains of NC. Kathy Johnson was incredible to work with. She was very hard working and made sure my house went to the right people. My house was a bit of a fixer-upper when it came time to sell, but Kathy made sure we knew what needed to be done to make it ready and was a huge help in getting things cleared out and fixed as well so it would get us a great price. Even though things kept popping up to get worked on, she was on top of everything and still, with her help, we sold in a very timely manner. She knows her stuff! Kathy is very kind and working with her was a great experience. :)

Oh my gosh...where to begin? Kathie was extremely helpful with suggestions and selling my condo.
