I can’t say enough amazing things about Kat. My husband and I bought and sold our first home through her and she made the process quick and easy. She is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and provided us with many options on how to improve the value of our home. I could ask a question at any time of day and get a quick response from her. She stays on top of everything from inspections to closing dates and makes the buying/selling process as painless as possible. Kat will be the first person I call if I ever move back to the VA/WV area!

Katherine was/is AMAZING! She was on our side from day one. She helped us stage our home to perfection resulting in an amazingly fast buy. She was extremely responsive when we would reach out and always put our needs first. She was super awesome when it came to any questions we had and was honest and upfront and even educated us on things we had no idea about! She made this process so much easier and let’s face it, moving is such a pain. Honestly without Katherine I don’t think we would’ve done this with such grace!
