Katherine Sage helped me find my first home for my growing family. With being pregnant and on a time crunch, she did her very best to find my family a house that we fell in love with on the spot. She was always patient, respectful, timely, knowledgeable, and professional with us and the family we brought along on our journey to find a house. She always took the time to look for a house that stood out in our requirements and would send them to us. She always took the time to look up comps the same day we were interested in the house. If there was ever a house we wanted to see last minute, she would call on the spot and make sure we got into that house within that same hour. When we finally closed on our home, she called me and told be the breakdown of exactly what was going to take place and I greatly appreciated that for I had never bought a house before and didn't know what to expect.
