Katerina Dvorakova

My fiancee and I recently purchased a house in Englewood, FL. We went to an open house and met Katarina, along with our future home, there. After the open house, we decided to work with Katarina directly as our realtor, so she represented us (the buyer) and the seller. We never felt like we were being pressured or pushed into making any decisions and truly felt like she was fair with both us and the seller, throughout the whole journey. The seller was abroad while the purchase was occurring so Katarina had to work long and unusual hours to work with both parties. She kept in touch with us regularly on updates and provided as much information as she could about the house.
