Katelyn did a great job selling my home. She was clear and detailed with her plan of action from the listing price, expectations for final sale price, preparation for the homes presentation for showings, and guidance on which offer would be the best for us to accept. Her knowledge with real estate is top notch! She is familiar with local lenders that have a great track record for closing on time. She organized professional photography with a video walk through that turned out better than expected. She hosted an open house and we received multiple offers day 1. The offers that we received were in line with what she had expressed would be the best case scenario for this property! We accepted and got to the closing table in under 30 days! We had a small issue with the appraisal not matching what our accepted offer was which was a little bit of a bummer, no fault of hers of course, but she helped me with options on how to proceed, negotiated with the buying agent and navigated a win win for both the buyer and selling side. I highly recommend Katelyn if you are listing your home or buying. She is great at what she does, is in tune with the market, and has tools in her bag to make sure the deal gets done

Kaitlyn truly went above and beyond for me throughout this entire process. My situation was not the easiest or most straightforward to work around, but she never made me feel like it was too much. I never felt like I was just another client or transaction. She took the time to understand my circumstances and worked tirelessly to help me get where I needed to be.
