This is my second experience with Kate; I have bought and now sold my home with ease. She made the process stress-free. She offered expert professional advice, clearly communicated throughout the entire process! Kate is an exceptional advocate who makes her clients feel supported all the way to closing and beyond!

Kate has been without a doubt the absolute best realtor with whom we have worked in 20 plus years of home buying and selling. She spent days taking us around to view properties, and even helping with our questions from our selling experience. Kate is always level headed, patient, and demonstrates a true mastery of the market and industry. It took us 6 months to finally sell our home out of state, and find the perfect home here with her help and frequent check ins. We were so lucky to come across her name online, and plan to keep her as a friend.

We first met Kate Stevens a long time ago, probably something like a decade and a half. At this point, I can't even remember the details, although I do remember the first meeting, and being alternately charmed by the accent and personality, and impressed by the professionalism. Every time we came to Florida on vacation, we'd drag Kate around St Augustine to show us houses, which she did patiently, even while she no doubt despaired that we'd ever buy anything. In 2014, the time and property were finally right, and Kate helped us buy a vacation condo in Crescent Beach. Ever since then, whenever bad weather has hit northern Florida, we've had a message in our inbox, asking if we needed her to go over and check on our condo for us, before or after the storm. She's incredibly loyal, always helpful and happy to be of service, professional and positive even when things go wrong, and just generally a joy to be around. When we decided to sell the condo in the summer of 2025, there was no question that we would call Kate again, and once again, she got the job done quickly and competently, with all due sympathy for us getting rid of what had been our Happy Place for more than a decade. When we get around to buying another Happy Place in Florida, we'll be calling Kate again, and we'll know we'll be in good hands.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Kate! She made the entire process very straightforward, start to finish! Without her, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve the milestone of buying my first home. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone in the market for a house. She is incredibly thorough, very knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions you might have. Keep up the great work, and thank you again for everything!
