From beginning to end, Kate was there for us! She made sure we had the right homes to look at for our budget. When it came time to tour the homes, even adding a few the morning we went out, Kate had them all arranged to be seen in an organized and timely manner. We were able to put in an offer that same day and was accepted. That was just the beginning. Even though we had pre approval, the interest rates jumped on us, so we had a challenge with the lender. Even though Kate went on vacation for a week, she made sure the lender and us stayed in communication for every change or request asked of us. We had to extend the closing date a week, but if it wasn't for Kate I'm not sure we would have been able to stay in the game. We had almost given up. I live in Las Vegas and wanted to move back to Boise. Buying a house while never going to the city where the house actually is certainly presents problems. I compounded the difficulty by being in Singapore for 6 weeks while trying to find a house and complete the purchase. The first realtor I contacted advised me to call when I returned to this country. Kate's response, "Sure! What are you looking for and what can I do to make this easier?" Kate worked with a 14 hour time difference. She offered to visit the registrar's office when I couldn't access government web sites from overseas. She found contractors for me when the inspection revealed problems. Kate understands the real estate market and her contacts in that world are impressive. I never asked a question she couldn't answer. I closed on my new house 47 days after Kate wrote the offer. That took dozens of phone calls at all hours, and hundreds of emails. I closed over a week ago and still talk with Kate as I work with contractors to get work done on the house before I move in. I'm still in Las Vegas - for another week. I've not met Kate, nor been in my new house. Thanks to her commitment to me, I feel I know both Kate and my new home very well. It was great working with Kate on the purchase of our home, she was very helpful and knowledgeable which made this purchase move along very quickly and smooth. I would definitely refer Kate to any of my family, friends or colleagues.

I thought I knew what amazing service was from good friends who have been my realtor in the past. So I was shocked at just how much Kate did for us! She is VERY fast to respond and follows through with everything she said she’s going to. She communicates daily and even multiple times a day if needed. Early one day I asked her if I could see a video tour of a house and she responded as soon as she started her day. Within a couple hours she was at the house with me on video. By the end of that day, we out bid two offers and got the house! She answered every question we had and then some. She met us at the final walk through of the house the day of closing. She met us at the title company when we closed. She prepared a binder of our documents, our neighborhood, our neighbors houses and names, and so much more! She still communicates with us after the close just to check in. We’ve asked additional questions of the builder since and she has gotten the answers for us. To say we would HIGHLY recommend her is the least I can say. She is A-MAZING and was made to do this! You can tell she loves it! Thank you Kate!!!!!
