This was my first home buying experience and I knew from the start I was in good hands with Kate. She took the time to get to know our needs, and never once was pessimistic that we would find something. She was also extremely communicative, and was always super fast to be able to meet up to see any house we were interested in. Kate was also did such a good job explaining every part of the process to us. I never felt like I was asking too many questions. I always felt like I was aware of what was going on and what the next steps were. More than that, I feel like I can still ask questions, even though we've closed. I know Kate is in my corner for anything I need, even though were no longer looking for a house. Absolutely cannot recommend Kate enough!
