When we initially met with Kate, she asked few questions about our buying and selling experience, what our expectations were and few other things regarding the property. A day or so later she presented the sales plan, a market analysis and the listing price. She was right on the mark. Once the property was listed, it was sold in less than a week. Easy as that. She nailed the price, she knew what to do to prepare for showings, and her timing to put the house on the market was perfect; we got three offers at or above our asking price in TEN (10) HOURS! From my first meeting with Kate over a year ago, she has always been so kind, available and really listened to what I wanted and didn't want, and never once made me feel bad for saying no, or asking what I thought were weird or stupid questions. I always felt at ease with her and even when she wasn't available she made sure someone was. Life is crazy, so making sure I was taken care of meant a lot. She "held my hand" through the entire process and answered all my questions from beginning to end and was there for everything. From the loan application process, putting in an offer, home inspection, she even picked up my keys for me!
