From the very start, Kate was excellent! She communicated so well with us that we didn't have to worry even though there is a lot to worry about when moving. We were able to trust her and focus on packing and moving. She was also so sensitive to us and our specific situation. She got us the sweetest gift on closing day. We honestly won't be using anyone else!

Kate did a very good explaining the market and what other homes in the area were selling for. Her compares were very good and she noted the differences in the property we were selling versus the compared homes. Her communication throughout the entire process was very good, she kept us informed of everything that was going on. Lastly, she did a very good job at closing. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Kate helped me sell my house after living there 34 years. So much has changed with selling and buying but she was very patient in going over all of the information and very responsive to my Emails and phone calls. She has a very positive people interaction rarely seen in the last year that builds up a buyer or seller when things may be frustrating. Kate knew the exact right fit for my family. I have worked with her previously and have never been unhappy.
