Her knowledge of the property is not the most impressed I have been by Kate, it is definately her way of handling many personalities from sellers, to buyers agents and potential buyers with grace and always in kindness. Her preparation working toward the closing is evident at the close. It is obvious that she cares about the job she is performing and wants to be the best at it. She is the BEST I have worked with over my lifetime selling or buying.

Kate did a very good explaining the market and what other homes in the area were selling for. Her compares were very good and she noted the differences in the property we were selling versus the compared homes. Her communication throughout the entire process was very good, she kept us informed of everything that was going on. Lastly, she did a very good job at closing. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
