We absolutely loved working with Kate for our first home purchase! She made the process as easy and fun as possible for myself and partner while being practical and organized. She took us all over town, from Lafayette to Nederland, as we tried to narrow down where we wanted to live. We looked at a wide array of properties--rural cabins, urban townhomes, suburban houses--and Kate was so knowledgeable about everything! She was also very communicative, flexible, and easy to get ahold of. I kind of want to sell the house we bought just so I can work with her again, we really do miss our daily/weekly chats with her!

Offers on homes are coming in significantly over asking price as that makes the buying process more complex. Kate was awesome! We were nervous to be living out of state while our house was being built, but Kate did a great job keeping us informed of the process and making sure everything was done in our best interest.
