Kate Balzer told us that she would price the house we sold, $40,000 lower than we wanted to start. We decided to shoot for the higher price and we were wrong. The house we were selling was "as is", because we didn't take Kate's advice we couldn't attract the cash buyers we needed, by the time we started adjusting the price, the market was in decline. Kate's determination to sell the house was clear and as soon as we lowered the price to what Kate had initially suggested, we had an offer on the house, closing was delayed because the buyer was using conventional financing so we had to address the issues. Nevertheless the house was closed the following week. Had it not been for Kate's market knowledge and fortitude in getting the house sold we would still be waiting. Kate was the very best realtor I have ever dealt with.
